On Wednesday, March 21st,  Michael Burnside, Director of Career Placement at Atlanta Technical College was a guest on Good People. He shared his perspective on how Atlanta Tech prepares students to embody the qualities of a good employee that employers are currently looking for. Michael discussed with Millicent and Donna some of the topics and tools that will be useful as students transition into the work world.  Michael provided a useful website which serves as a reality check for students to access all the critical factors that determine if the company and position are a good match for the candidate.
